Darlene Mielcarek — Executive Vice President

Darlene Mielcarek has been in the executive search service with Corporate Management Advisors (CMA) for 14 years. With a deep understanding of Loan Administration, Default, Loss Mitigation and Investor Reporting, Darlene has focused her efforts on searches with many of the nation’s top banks and mortgage lenders.

With the help of the CMA team, she has been successful with hundreds of assignments that have been critical to the success of CMA’s client relationships.

She brings a thorough and diligent effort to her clients, which has led corporations to become partners with CMA for years at a time, through many successful search assignments.

Prior to joining CMA, Darlene spent more than 10 years with Chase Manhattan Mortgage in Mortgage Loan Servicing and Loan Administration. Her experience in Customer Service and Escrow, as well as her knowledge of all of the Cash functions, have benefited many of CMA’s clients nationally.

She has demonstrated significant success with searches in the GSE’s and many of the nation’s largest and most prestigious mortgage lenders.

Darlene is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Darlene is a graduate of Tampa College and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Earlier, she earned an associate’s degree in Business from The Pennsylvania State University. Darlene is married and has one son.
